We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not happy with your order, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  1. Eligibility for Return
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Camphor, Air Refresher, Air Purifier items are non-returnable.
  • Food and vegetable items are not returnable and no refundable.
  • Spiritual and traditional products such as malas, beads, and puja items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of:

    • Damaged product received

    • Wrong product delivered

    • Manufacturing defects (if applicable)

    Result-based dissatisfaction is not covered under return/refund. No refund is provided for expected spiritual outcomes. ClickUdupi is not responsible for personal belief-based expectations.

  1. How to Request a Return
  • Contact our support team at clickudupi@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Wait for our confirmation before sending the item back.
  • Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
  1. Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the product received is defective or damaged.
  • Once approved, we’ll send you the return address and instructions.
  1. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Report it within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
  • If you opt for replacement or exchange of item will be delivered within 10 days based on the availabiliy.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return or refund.

  1. Refund Process
  • After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2–10 business days.
  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
